Jake Riley from Hamilton Hornets has big things to expect in 2016. In May this year Jake attened the Australian qualifications for the Youth Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway. Jake qualified as the top Australian player.
In June 2015 Jake attended the second qulifying competition in Vierumaki, Finland. Jake was head to head against some of the best 15 year olds in the world, including players from Canada, USA, Finland and Sweden. Targeting the top 15 which would allow him to advance to the final competition held in Norway 2016, Jake worked wonderfully and finished in the 10th position.
The whole Ice Factor Program is extremely proud of Jake's effort and we wish to support him as much as we can on his road to the Youth Olympics, just like Jake has supported his Hamilton Hornets team mates as a mentor of the team.
